Price list:

We want to provide you with an easy overview of your expenses and avoid nasty surprises on your final bill. Many of the services, which we provide and for which you would normally have to pay extra elsewhere, are already included in our price. Please bear in mind our very fair cancellation policy.

1. •Apartment/1 Person:
   

-  Up to 6 days: € 95,-/Day,  

-  € 580,-/Week

-  € 2.285,-/Month/30 Days

1. •Each additional person: € 14,-/day, € 72/Week
   

-The bedroom accommodates one to two people

(extra-long double-bed, 140x210 cm)

-The Joker sofa bed can be folded down to sleep two extra people.

-Please note that the apartment is fairly small (35 sm) and can be quite a squeeze for 4 persons, although the layout is well thought out.

1. •Additional seasonal surcharge (Christmas/New Year, Conference, Large-scale Events): +20%
   

2. •Parking lot: € 12,50
   

3. •Final cleaning charge: € 50,-
   

Our prices include:

1. •weekly cleaning service and change of bed sheets and towels
   

2. •Internet access (Broadband and Flat-Rate) with notebook connection (WLAN or Ethernet-cable)
   

3. •Personal Computer and printer
   

4. •Fax (direct receipt and send functions)
   

5. •all TV and radio stations (500 channels receivable via Satellite/DVB-S)
   

6. •Drinks, snacks, coffee and tea
   

VAT (10%) is not included in our prices above because we aim to cater for businesspeople.

Booking:

Please use our booking form or send us an email to inform us of the dates and planned  duration of your stay and any special requests (parking lot, daily cleaning service,…). We would also be pleased to receive your reservation by fax, telephone or post.  If the apartment is available for the desired period, we will send you an immediate confirmation. Once your deposit (50%) has been credited to our current/credit card account, the reservation is binding for both parties.

Fairplay-Cancellation:

Cancellations received up to 90 days before arrival are free of charge.  For later cancellations we keep your deposit. Our fairplay policy: should we be able to rent out the Apartment again for the period originally booked by you, we will credit the deposit against future bookings made by you or a third party for an unlimited period of time.  For further details please refer to our general business conditions (which you will receive with your booking confirmation or in advance by email).

Extras:

• Pets are accepted only after checking with us and upon payment of a cleaning surcharge.

• The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.  We don’t mind the occasional cigarette at an open window, however smoking is not allowed in the bedroom because of the smoke detector.
